Over the past few weeks, I have been doing card games for Action Stations. I’ve had a great time playing Magic the Gathering with my friends. I struggled to understand the rules of other card games. Next term, I’ll participate in card games again.

For Te Reo I made a Google Draw showing you how to ask where Something is and how to respond to it.

This year our theme has been Action I have made a google draw with each type of action from each term.

In the First term we learned about actively keeping our self healthy.

In Term 2 we learned about the different types of action like Gravitational energy.

In term 3 we learned about the activists of New Zealand.

This term we have been making movies to promote action in the world.

2024 Action

For te reo we had to make a google draw the top line asks where the cat is and the second line tells you where it is.

For the last few weeks we have been learning how to do graphs like a stem and leaf graph.

we have used earthquake data from 2018 to make our graphs.

I made the first graph on google draw.

The second one was made on create a graph

The 3 and fourth one was on rapid tables.

For Te reo we made a poster showing how to ask where something is.

For art I made protest art. We started by planning what font we wanted to use on our final design. I chose to do a basic font. We then sketched the letters lightly on the canvas paper. We then started painting the letters I chose to do black letters and a yellow background. And finally I drew around the letters with vivid. The part I found most fun was painting the background. And the part I found most challenging was drawing the letters.

This is our activist slide. We are working to reduce Vehicle Pollution. This action is important to me because I want a future to live in. I worked with Vinnie, Mattis, Me and Joel. I chose them because we work well together. Do you have something that you want to change in the world?
